Our onboarding schedule is as per the following:
Phase I (1 Day):
Property visit to evaluate the property rental potential
Recommending furnishing & decor with the Interior Designer (1) and enhancements
Phase II (5-10 Days):
Signing of the contract with the Landlord
Collecting of all necessary documents from the Landlord (Title deed; DTCM NOC; Dewa Bill; Passport copy)
Obtaining approvals:
DTCM unit permit
Community management (2)
Procurement and delivery of essentials/enhancements
Procurement, delivery, and installation of furniture & decor (1)
Phase III (5-10 Days):
Property handover (keys, access cards, WIFI password, etc.)
Cleaning and setting up the property Photoshoot
Listing the property on rental platforms & optimizing the listings
Setting up guest arrival notifications to Building security (2)
Setting up Owner’s Portal access to monitor bookings
Setting up Owner payouts procedure
